Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 60 days of the delivery date
- Items must be in the same condition that you received them.
- Items must include all of the accessories and documentation.
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom or personalized orders.
- Items marked as final sale or clearance.
Return Process
- Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at RideObsidian@gmail.com to initiate the return process. Provide your order number and a brief explanation of the issue.
- Approval: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back to us.
- Shipping: We will cover the cost of return shipping. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label once your return is authorized.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Exchanges:
- If you need to exchange an item for a different one, please contact us. We will guide you through the process to ensure you receive the correct product.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at RideObsidian@gmail.com. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.

Return Process

- You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Ship the item back to the address provided, including the RMA number.
Refunds
- Once the return is received and inspected, we will process your refund.
- The original purchase price will be refunded to the original payment method.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect.
Exchanges
- We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
